Not since Edouard-Leon Recordalbum first invented the technology in the 1670s has vinyl had an event this important. Williams Street Records proudly presents Dethklok's The Dethalbum, recorded onto a round, vinyl "disc," or LP (Lichten Prowzen, which is German for "table machinery"). Listen to death metal as it was meant to be heard, by ripping through it with a diamond tipped needle over and over again. It will feel like Nathan is right there in the room with you, shouting at you, kicking you, and urging you to die.

I'll be buying more of these for gifts, plus one more for myself so that I can display both sides. The artwork is great!
I don't know why, but this album sounds terrible on my turntable. It sounds like there's ZERO treble. I checked my connections, preamp, other albums, etc and it's just this one record that sounds well...it lacks zazz. Disappointed.
Since I had heard the remix of Go Into The Water on Metalocalypse, I had been searching everywhere for an mp3 of it. Then, hey, I found this. I died of happiness then had my boyfriend resuscitate me. I decided to make my daddy proud and not only to further utilize the record player he bought me, but also to listen to metal on it. I really enjoy it. I would say the only problem with it is that there's only one different song on it, although I'm not really complaining because I like any form of Dëthkløk, even if I already have it. It also took me about 5 months to realize that there are impaled men on the cover. But I love it!

This is a great album and second only to the Snakes and Barrels live album.
Great album. Buy this and listen to it really loud.
The only problem I had was that it skips through much of the first few songs on Side B. Usually Thunderhorse-Birthday Dethday, and occasionally Hatredcopter, but stabilizes for the rest of the side. No problems on Side A though. However this could be because of my turntable.
I had never heard a vinyl record until I purchased the Dethalbum on vinyl. The sound quality was great and felt like I was back at their concert having my face melted off by their brutality.
