Sealab pushes the underwater-laboratainment envelope even further with their second installment, stretching the fabric of television itself with their cast of dysfunctional ocean scientists pushed to the brink by absurd circumstance and their own ineptitude. Season 2 is home to fan favorites "Bizarro," "Tinfins," and many more as far as we can tell; I mean, how can you really gauge such a thing? Talk to the fans? I don't think so.

Comments about Sealab 2021 - Season Two:
Sealab at its best.
Long did I live in fear that this may have been the scourge of the Pacific Northwest, wrapped up in a box. My roommate temps at the zoo, and is often requested to make orders from home. As the years passed, he was given more and more responsibility, and next thing I know, I'm checking web purchase receipts and wondering in my bed at night if I had ordered a bobcat. It sucked.
I am a huge fan of both sealab and aqua teen hunger force. When watching these shows it is important not to take the show too seriously. The characters, the plot - it's all a bit over the top, silly and at most times pretty random. If you're watching it trying to make sense of what is going on, you are probably not going to enjoy it. Give it a chance. The episodes are under 15 minutes each so it is not a huge commitment.Fans of sealab generally agree that the first two seasons were its glory days (the best out of the four). While aqua teen is still gracing us with new episodes, sealab has sadly ended its run. It went down with its captain so to speak - Captain Murphy, voiced by Harry Goz. cpt. Murphy was the glue that held this show together. His wacky, irresponsible character kept the show interesting, and for me, his parts are the best in the show. When Harry Goz died, cpt Murphy was sadly (but understandably) written out of the show. As much as the creators wanted to continue with it, and as badly as the fans wanted it to work, it just wasn't the same show. The quirky characters that played second banana to Murphy were called upon to carry the load and despite some funny moments, it did not enjoy the same success. In short: Sealab seasons 1 and 2 are great. Certainly not perfection but enjoy them for what they are.
Very funny, occasionally filthy, for Adult swimmers. Wierd enough for any evening you need a good laugh.
I sit my drinks on the covers as it absorbs condensation well, along with biting down on the disc itself to make sure its real.(Picture medal winning Olympians, minus bongs)
Who knew? Murphy knew! Sealab at it's finest!
